Creta Maris
The Creta Maris Hotel of the Metaxa Hospitality Group has trusted us for many years with the design and production of the gifts it offers to its guests and partners. In 2023, the hotel’s corporate identity was redesigned to reflect all the elements that compose the warm Cretan hospitality of Creta Maris. Here, we present some of the gifts created over the past two years, inspired by this renewed identity. We designed pebbles made of cast porcelain, engraved with the logo, which also serve a functional purpose: in one version they act as room fragrance diffusers, while in another they are tealight candle holders. Natural and traditional products are an integral part of the collection: a wellbeing set with natural soap and beeswax balm is among the resort’s VIP gifts. A planting kit, containing everything needed to grow a thyme plant in a traditional Greek-made ceramic pot embossed with the CM logo. A collection of photographs capturing guests’ favorite corners of the resort, placed in luxury passepartout frames, creates an elegant keepsake that decorates any home and brings back summer memories. Children always receive a variety of gifts at Creta Maris, tailored to their age group; here, classic wooden board games are shown, packaged with the new graphic design elements of the CM identity.
Stella Island
The long-standing collaboration with the Stella Hotels Collection Group has resulted in the creation of a curated collection of gifts designed to meet every possible need of a hospitality property. Specifically for Stella Island, we designed brass bookmarks engraved with the logo and presented in custom-designed packaging, a set of two plexiglass coasters packaged in a handcrafted luxury box, as well as a set of two marble paperweights, also placed in a custom handmade box. Upon arrival, guests receive the Travel Journal, whose design incorporates key elements of the Group’s branding. The Journal serves as a small holiday diary, featuring essential information about the destination — such as basic Greek phrases, recommended flavors, beaches, and local strolls. and features an integrated pocket for the room key card.
Santo Collection
For the hotels of the Santo Collection, we design gifts that promote the rejuvenation of body and spirit — in harmony with the philosophy of the hotels, their warm hospitality, and the revitalizing energy of Santorini. Some of the gifts created through our long-term collaboration are presented here; each piece is fully customized and reflects the distinctive corporate identity of Santo Collection (SC). We created a room fragrance diffuser using volcanic lava rock, presented in a black metallic container. The essential oil released through the stone is rosemary — a plant that grows abundantly in the hotel’s surrounding gardens. The Greek tradition of offering honey to newlyweds inspired the 2023 wedding gift: a small marble keepsake featuring a silver infinity symbol. Pebble-shaped tealight holders made of cast porcelain, in beige and black tones, were created exclusively for SC, as well as a sleep mask crafted from a custom-designed fabric bearing the collection’s signature pattern. The Santo Collection hospitality experience begins as early as the airport, with a welcome kit that includes useful information about the stay and the island, presented in a bespoke envelope that also contains soft single-use antiseptic wipes.
MAICh – Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania
As part of the 3rd Week for the Conservation of Mediterranean Plants, hosted by MAICh — co-organizer of the conference — in September 2021, we undertook the creation of an Honorary Plaque presented to Tony Marzo, founder of the Genmeda Network. A symbolic object of recognition and remembrance, designed exclusively for this event, inspired by Mediterranean nature and crafted from natural materials — glass and wood.
Stella Rocca A Mare
As part of the holiday experience at the new boutique hotel of the Stella Hotels Collection Group, a series of thoughtfully designed objects complement the aesthetic of the space and enhance the guest’s activities. Upon arrival, guests receive the Travel Journal, customized for the island of Santorini. This small holiday diary includes essential information about the destination — such as basic Greek phrases, recommended local flavors, beaches, and strolls — and features an integrated pocket for the room key card. For Rocca A Mare, we also designed two additional gifts offered to guests: a set of two plexiglass coasters packaged in a handcrafted luxury box, and a set of two embroidered towels, also presented in a custom-designed handmade box.
TUC – Technical University of Crete
For the Communications Office of the Technical University of Crete, we have designed and produced a series of protocol gifts. We created a silk women’s scarf and a silk tie, both presented in customized luxury packaging featuring a graphic design inspired by the Minoan Civilization and adapted to the color palette of the University’s logo. In parallel, we designed a symbolic gift showcasing Cretan flavors and aromas, placed in a handcrafted luxury box and accompanied by a greeting card — a complete gift concept ideal for official visits and events of the academic institution.
Avaton Island Resort and Spa
For many years, the Hersotels Group has entrusted us with the design of its annual Christmas card, as well as that of its new five-star hotel, Avaton Island Resort & Spa. The card is always accompanied by a symbolic festive gift or ornament. Two additional gifts were created, featuring a design inspired by the labyrinth — the emblem of the hotel’s logo: • A silver bookmark with custom engraving, presented in luxurious, personalized packaging. • A set of coasters made of two different materials, placed in an elegant, specially designed box.
Metaxa Hospitality Group
We designed and produced this gift for an event organized by the Metaxa Hospitality Group. Here, we present mock-ups from the design stage of the project: the packaging and labels were created for the three Cretan products included in the box, along with the accompanying card.
